Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Actively promote their healthcare product range to key stakeholders involved in healthcareconstruction and refurbishment projects. This includes MEP consultants, healthcare planners, architects, contractors, and government healthcare authorities..
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to secure product approvals and win projects.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, technical submittals, and commercial proposals.
2. Market & Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare project ecosystem.
- Grow their presence across government and private sector healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, medical centres, labs).
- Track and manage opportunities at all project stages—design, tender, and execution.
3. Technical Expertise
- Provide clients with detailed product knowledge, compliance information, and installation guidance.
- Understand healthcare-specific equirements such as infection control, material standards, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with design and production teams to address customised requirements.
4. Tendering & Commercial Activities
- Coordinate with the estimating team for quotations and pricing strategies.
- Support negotiations to closecontracts while ensuring compliance with their pricing structure and policies.
- Follow up on approvals, submittals, and procurement decisions to secure successful conversion.
5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor offerings, new technologies, and emerging requirements in healthcare infrastructure.
Recommend enhancements to product lines or sales strategies based on market feedback.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 2-3 years’ sales experience in healthcare-related construction products—such as medical furniture, clinical cabinetry, IPS, sanitary systems, medical equipment fit-out, or similar.
- Strong network within healthcare consultants, hospital planners, and main/MEP contractors.
- Proven track record in project-based sales.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong presentation and communication Skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
Preferred
- Experience working with MOH, SEHA, DHA, and major healthcare facility operators in the region.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards (HTM, HBN, infection control, etc.).
- Degree in engineering, architecture, or business.
