Sales Manager,Sales Manager Retail Thangals Jewellery LLC

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager with 3–4 years of experience in the Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of gold, diamond, and Jewellery products, along with proven ability to drive sales, manage a team, and build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies for gold, diamond, and Jewellery products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences
• Coordinate with merchandising, inventory, and accounts teams for smooth operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service and showroom presentation
• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics
• Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfactory resolution
• Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and special sales events

Requirements & Skills:

• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in the Jewellery field
• Strong knowledge of gold purity, diamonds, gemstones, and Jewellery collections
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage targets and work under pressure
• Proficiency in POS systems, ERP, and MS Excel
• Customer-focused and result-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in wholesale or retail Jewellery sales is an added advantage
