- Prepare detailed incident reports for any security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting visitors and employees, addressing their inquiries with professionalism.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services during incidents to ensure swift resolution and safety.
- Implement and maintain emergency response protocols, ensuring readiness for situations such as evacuations or medical emergencies.
- Conduct thorough inspections of security equipment, ensuring that all systems are functional and up to date.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is a plus.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in security or law enforcement roles, demonstrating a solid understanding of security protocols.

- Candidates from diverse backgrounds are encouraged, with a preference for those fluent in English and a second language.
