About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant with strong hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (mandatory) and proven experience working with Saudi Arabian companies, including deep knowledge of Saudi tax regulations (ZATCA, VAT, WHT, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing
Saudi Tax & Compliance (Mandatory)
- Prepare and file VAT returns (ZATCA compliance)
- Handle WHT filings and tax computations
- Ensure compliance with Saudi tax regulations and e-invoicing requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory inspections
Zoho Books (Mandatory)
- Full implementation and management of Zoho Books
- Chart of accounts setup and optimization
- Automation of workflows and financial reporting
- Integration with payroll and other systems if required
- Maintain data accuracy and system integrity
Payroll & HR Financial Coordination
- Payroll processing and bank transfers
- End-of-service calculations
- Support in compliance related to GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, etc. (preferred)
