Experience : Minimum 3 years in the UAE

Qualification : B.Arch / M.Arch

• Key Responsibilities :
  

• - Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with Municipality regulations and high-quality design standards.
  
• - Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
  
• - Prepare and present comprehensive design proposals, including detailed drawings, specifications, and project reports.
  
• - Stay informed about local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure project compliance.
  
• - Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration within the team.
  

• Qualifications :
  

• - Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
  
• - Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design within the UAE.
  
• - Proven experience with Dubai Municipality approval processes and regulations.
  
• - Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  
• - Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
