Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design and Development

• Develop and execute innovative creative designs for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and event collateral.

• Create high-quality digital assets, including visuals for social media platforms, websites, and email campaigns, that reflect Palace Group luxury brand identity.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce visual content for luxury real estate projects, ensuring designs resonate with high-net-worth clients. Branding and Visual Identity

• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design outputs.

• Design and update branded templates for internal and external communications.

• Produce branding elements for new luxury developments, including logos, signage, and promotional materials.

  Digital Content Creation

• Work closely with the Social Media Manager and the Marketing Team to develop visually appealing content for campaigns, including infographics, animations, and video overlays.

• Edit and enhance photography and video content to showcase the quality and luxury of Palace Group’s developments.

• Create motion graphics and other multimedia content to elevate the company’s digital presence.

• Collaboration and Coordination

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, social media teams, and external agencies to ensure alignment in visual storytelling and branding.

• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy development.

• Liaise with printers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and timely delivery of printed materials.

  Innovation and Trend Analysis

• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and software to introduce innovative design solutions.

• Research and adapt creative strategies that align with luxury market aesthetics and audience preferences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Creative Designer, preferably in the luxury real estate or construction industry.

• Proven expertise in creating high-end marketing collateral and digital designs.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).

• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for luxury branding.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
