Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals for digital delivery services, including level of effort and risk mitigation strategies
• Act as the primary client interface for delivery of digital services
• Implement and execute the strategic vision for enterprise-wide digital initiatives within the engineering centre
• Develop and manage implementation plans aligned with business digital roadmaps and objectives
• Coordinate with engineering centre leadership and other centres on digital initiatives and execution
• Identify and implement digital solutions to enhance project delivery, efficiency, and performance
• Lead organisational change management related to digital transformation
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources for digital initiatives
• Ensure technical excellence and consistency of digital delivery services
• Lead and manage digital practice areas including information management, BIM, GIS, and automation
• Support integration of digital practices into roadway and infrastructure projects
• Provide technical leadership for adoption of digital tools, systems, and processes
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and other relevant standards
• Develop onboarding programs and deliver training to enhance digital skills across the engineering centre
• Monitor KPIs, reporting, and adoption metrics for digital initiatives
• Track industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovation leadership

Skills Set

• In-depth knowledge of information management, BIM, GIS, and automation practices
• Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and digital information management standards
• Proficiency with common data environments and digital platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, ProjectWise, Civil 3D, Dynamo, Revizto, Synchro, and Cost X
• Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple locations
