Formulate use case roadmap and work with different stakeholder to ensure smooth delivery

Problem solve with squad members to generate impactful analytics insights

Partner with BUs to support effective actioning on analytics insights

Work with business/ domain to ensure adoption across impacted teams (developing incentives, KPIs, operational alignment, etc)

Ensure clear and effective customer/ stakeholder feedback loops are designed and aligned with business/ domain

Provide progress and impact updates to BU leadership and collaborate to resolve implementation challenges

Ensure that financial impact and performance tracking of use case impact is regularly conducted

Develop Squad Members

Support identification of suitable squad members for each use case

Set the overall squad goals and priorities for each sprint

Communicate business leadership feedback and priorities to the squad to be incorporated

Provide on-the-job apprenticeship and regular feedback to squad members to accelerate their development
