• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC system design and engineering, preferably in the construction industry.

• Extensive knowledge of HVAC codes, standards, and best practices.

• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC system simulation tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex HVAC system issues.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

• Proven project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality engineering drawings and specifications.

• Physical ability to conduct site visits and inspections, including climbing ladders and navigating construction sites.
