Senior Network Engineer SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C

We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain a robust enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, performance, and security across LAN, WAN, and network security environments. This role involves hands-on management of core networking components such as routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers. The candidate should bring strong expertise in Juniper, FortiGate, VPN technologies, and F5 BIG-IP, along with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure, scalable network solutions to meet business requirements.

• Configure, manage, and maintain enterprise routers and switches (primarily Juniper).

• Implement and support routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and switching technologies (VLANs, STP).

• Administer network security devices, including FortiGate firewalls (policies, NAT, VPNs).

• Deploy and manage F5 BIG-IP load balancers to ensure high availability and optimized application delivery.

• Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and proactively resolve issues.

• Troubleshoot complex network incidents using packet analysis tools (Wireshark, tcpdump).

• Plan and execute network capacity upgrades and bandwidth optimization.

• Maintain accurate documentation including network diagrams, configurations, and change records.

• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and mentor junior network engineers.
