Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join its infrastructure project team in Ras Al Khaimah. The selected candidate will oversee planning and scheduling activities for complex infrastructure and utilities projects, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones, resources, and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Review and approve contractors baseline schedules in compliance with project contracts and Parsons standards.
Validate project resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient completion of all phases.
Develop and maintain master schedules integrating multiple packages and dependencies.
Identify and assess project risks, conflicts, and delays, and update the Project Risk Register accordingly.
Perform regular schedule reviews and variance analyses, identifying slippages and recommending corrective measures.
Conduct What-if analyses to evaluate the time impact of variations, changes, and potential events.
Prepare progress and monthly reports with detailed program analysis and mitigation recommendations.
Evaluate Extension of Time (EoT) and disruption claims using Time Impact and Window Analysis methods.
Coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve scheduling, planning, and progress reporting issues.
Attend and contribute to key project meetings, providing programmatic input and documentation.
Maintain detailed trackers and logs to monitor progress and key milestones across the design and construction stages.
Ensure accurate and timely recordkeeping of all planning documents and reports.
Issue delay notices and performance alerts as required to ensure contractor accountability.
Supervise and mentor junior planning engineers, providing technical support and leadership guidance.

Ideal Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 13 years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure, utilities, bridges, or underpass projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong command of project scheduling principles.
Experience with RTA Dubai projects preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
Thorough knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts, time management practices, and industry standards.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and under tight deadlines.
