INTECH is seeking a Senior Sales Manager Digital Solutions & OT Cybersecurity to accelerate growth across large enterprise, utilities, EPCs, and regulated industries. This role is designed for a senior hunter who thrives in complex environments, builds new relationships, and closes long-cycle, high-value deals.
The role carries direct responsibility for developing new demand, governing complex pursuits, and driving disciplined sales execution, while working closely with presales, delivery teams, and strategic partners.

Key Competencies
- Experience in direct sales and external client-facing roles delivering solutions or projects
- Experience in business development, with an execution focus and ability to deliver against deadlines
- Strength in sales closure and business generation for a similar portfolio of solutions in the industry
- Critical thinking skills, objectivity in decision-making, complex problem analysis and creative problem solving, dispute resolution, and overall strong solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong and proactive growth of the professional network to cultivate relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to interface with senior leaders and C-suite management in customers
- Able to explain business and technical concepts to a broad audience in an approachable way to influence and drive adoption
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in digital solutions, OT cybersecurity, industrial software, or industrial or enterprise automation
- Proven track record selling to large end users, EPCs, utilities, and regulated industries
- Demonstrated success in closing complex, long-cycle, high-value deals
- Strong understanding of Industry 4.0, digital transformation, OT environments, and cybersecurity
- Experience working in matrix organizations with presales, delivery, and partner teams
- Strong hunter mindset with structured execution
- High commercial and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and executive-level presence
- Culturally aware, Relationships & experience in KSA with (additional preference) if experience working across GCC markets
