Position Overviewbr>Parsons Corporation is hiring a skilled Senior Structure BIM Modeler to join its growing structures team in Dubai. The role focuses on producing and coordinating high-quality structural BIM and CAD models that support major infrastructure and building projects across the region. The successful candidate will work closely with designers and engineers to ensure technical precision, compliance with standards, and seamless integration across disciplines.br>

• Develop and maintain detailed 2D and 3D structural models using MicroStation, Revit, and related BIM tools
• Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, assemblies, and flow diagrams from rough sketches or design information
• Ensure all structural models and drawings adhere to Parsons design standards, procedures, and project requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate design interfaces and ensure model accuracy
• Review and incorporate design changes, updates, and markups as directed by engineers and supervisors
• Utilize technical manuals and project specifications to maintain compliance with applicable codes and tolerances
• Perform dimensional checks, calculations, and verifications to ensure precision in modeling and documentation
• Participate in quality reviews and contribute to continuous improvement in modeling processes and standards
• Support digital design workflows and contribute to BIM data management, file organization, and version control
• Coordinate with design, civil, and MEP teams to maintain consistency across project documentation
