Server - In Room Dining Four Seasons Hotel

About the role:

The In- Room Dining Server provides exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests. In this role, you will be tasked with providing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests needs and as an expert on the menu options; and delivering memorable guest experiences.

What you will do:

• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.

• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.

• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

• Greet guests by name, describe selected items to the guest using interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item, origin, taste, and preparation methods; communicate options for removal of trays and dishware; respond to request for tray removal according to established time standards
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Properly and accurately close guest checks securing room number and signature; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals

What you bring:

• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task

• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine

• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset

• Insert additional qualifications as required

• 1-2 years of experience in related field
• Excellent command in English, Arabic is an advantage
• Service Passion for Luxury Hospitality and have an eye to details.
