Shipping & Logistics Specialist (International Freight) Nexus Blue Project Management

International Shipping & Carrier Coordination

• Manage end-to-end international shipments (air, sea, and courier) from Asia to Europe and other global regions.

• Coordinate with major carriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx, DPD, etc.) to secure competitive rates and reliable service.

• Track and monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or exceptions.

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and validate all necessary export/import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, AWBs).

• Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations, and duties/tariffs for relevant countries (especially China and UK).

• Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders.

Cost Control & Carrier Selection

• Analyze carrier costs, delivery performance, and logistics KPIs.

• Develop strategies to reduce shipping expenses while maintaining service quality.

• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and logistics partners.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements in shipping workflows.

• Generate regular reports on delivery performance, transit times, costs, and carrier compliance.

• Work with internal teams (operations, procurement, customer service) to enhance logistics efficiency.

Customer & Stakeholder Support

• Serve as the logistics point of contact for internal teams and external partners.

• Provide real-time shipment updates and resolution plans for escalated issues.
