Demand & Supply Planning: Support the end-to-end demand and supply planning cycle to maintain optimal product availability, minimize stockouts, and reduce excess inventory.

Inventory Optimization: Monitor stock levels and forecast requirements, collaborating with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to align inventory with business targets and sales trends.

Logistics & Distribution: Oversee the movement of goods between suppliers, distribution centers, and customer touchpoints. Coordinate shipments, schedule deliveries, and partner with logistics providers to ensure timely fulfillment.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze supply chain data, generate regular performance reports, and recommend improvements to support decision-making and drive operational excellence.

Process Improvement: Evaluate and streamline processes to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve cost-effectiveness through best practices and technology.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, procurement, IT, and warehouse teams to execute integrated business and supply plans for seamless operations.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all supply chain activities adhere to company policies, regulatory standards, and quality requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor s degree or ongoing studies in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience:2+ years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, or related areas within retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer goods environments.

• Analytical Skills: Proficient with data analysis, forecasting tools, and Excel or other data management platforms.

• Planning & Organization: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize needs, and adapt quickly within a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Attention to Detail: Commitment to maintaining accurate records, monitoring supply chain metrics, and proactively addressing discrepancies.
