Key Responsibilities:


1. Customer Service Excellence

  • Provide exceptional service by assisting customers in selecting products that suit their needs.

  • Attend to customer inquiries and offer detailed product knowledge, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.


2. Sales, Up selling & Target Achievement

  • Demonstrate up selling and cross-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.

  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Be highly target-oriented and actively contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies on the retail floor to meet and exceed assigned targets.

  • Monitor personal performance and take initiative to improve sales results.


3. Garment Expertise

  • Take accurate customer measurements for tailored clothing; experience in the suiting business is a significant advantage.

  • Offer professional advice on fabric, design, and fit to enhance customer satisfaction.


4. Store Operations

  • Maintain store standards, ensuring cleanliness and a visually appealing layout.

  • Handle store merchandising, including product displays and inventory management.

  • Coordinate with the factory team to manage orders, alterations, and customizations.


5. Adaptability and Flexibility

  • Be hardworking and flexible, adapting to various tasks and responsibilities as required on the retail floor.

  • Maintain a proactive attitude toward achieving sales objectives and supporting team goals.


6. Technical Skills

  • Use basic computer skills for billing, inventory updates, and customer records management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.

  • Prior experience in the garment industry is essential.

  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.

  • Strong sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Knowledge of measurement techniques and tailoring is highly desirable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Hardworking, adaptable, and willing to take on various roles as needed.

  • Basic computer literacy for operational tasks.
