Site Engineer - MEP (UAE Experienced Preferred) Luxe Getaways Holiday Homes LLC

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Site Engineer with experience in civil works, MEP, fit & finish, and delivery of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, timelines, and UAE construction standards. Experience in real estate and hospitality projects will be a strong advantage.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

Execution & Supervision:

• Supervise day-to-day MEP site activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. 

• Monitor MEP progress against schedules, proactively identifying risks, delays, and coordination issues. 

• Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and sequencing of works. 

• Monitor, supervise and coordinate with various contractors in the discipline of civil, fit-out works to achieve timely delivery at defined quality standards. 

• Ensure compliance with project quality standards, safety regulations, and UAE construction codes. 

Construction Coordination: 

• Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and sequencing of works. 

• Interface with civil, architectural, and fit-out teams. 

• Liaise with consultants for inspections, approvals, and technical clarifications. 

Quality Control & Compliance: 

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures on site. 

• Conduct regular inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented where required. 

• Ensure all works comply with approved method statements and material submittals. 

Drawings & Technical Support: 

• Review construction drawings and resolve site-level technical issues. 

• Coordinate with contractors, IDs, consultants & various agencies to prepare and submit RFIs, shop drawings, and as-built documentation as required. 

• Support value engineering initiatives without compromising quality or compliance. 

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): 

• Enforce MEP-specific HSE requirements, ensuring safe execution of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works to UAE standards. 

• Identify potential hazards and ensure preventive measures are implemented on site. 

Reporting & Documentation: 

• Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and inspection records. 

• Support project close-out documentation and handover processes.
