الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistent, on-brand content.
  • Develop, write, and design compelling, on-brand content for social media, blogs, emails, and other digital marketing materials, maintaining a consistent voice and visual identity.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar, scheduling posts and campaigns in alignment with marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Engage with followers and customers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize content, campaigns, and overall strategy.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, recommending innovative strategies to improve performance and engagement.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and strengthen brand engagement.
  • Assist in managing social media issues or crises, ensuring prompt and appropriate responses to protect brand reputation.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning within the social media landscape.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and other online communication channels
