Salary Package

• United Kingdom: £35,000 – £41,700 per annum

• Ireland: €34,000 – €50,000 per annum

Our clients in the UK and Ireland are currently looking to hire fully qualified Solar Electricians to support their rapidly expanding solar PV projects.

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission solar PV systems in compliance with safety and quality standards

• Read and interpret survey reports, technical drawings, and project specifications

• Prepare and load required tools, equipment, and materials for each site

• Carry out electrical wiring, inverter installation, battery systems, and related works

• Inspect grounding, wiring, and connections to ensure regulatory compliance

• Assess site conditions, identify risks, and evaluate system performance

• Configure inverters and control systems for optimal efficiency

• Maintain high housekeeping standards at customer sites

• Complete and submit project documentation accurately

• Operate company vehicles safely and maintain cleanliness

• Provide clear instructions to customers on system usage and maintenance

• Stay updated with solar PV standards and assist in troubleshooting when required

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Solar Electrician (Domestic / Commercial / Industrial)

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and solar PV installation practices

• UK Applicants: UKVI IELTS or UK NARIC equivalency (mandatory)

• Ireland Applicants: IELTS not required

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Valid four-wheeler driving license preferred
