Solution Consultant MENA (ONESOURCE Tax & E-Invoicing Solutions)

Location: Dubai, UAE (covering Middle East & North Africa region)

Department: Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting
Reports to: Regional Sales Director Tax & E-Invoicing Solutions

We re seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Solution Consultant to partner with our Sales team in driving growth across the MENA region. You ll lead the technical and functional positioning of ONESOURCE Tax Solutions and Pagero E-Invoicing solutions. This role blends tax domain expertise with technology consulting ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of compliance, ERP systems, and digital transformation.

About the Role

As an Solution Consultant with Thomson Reuters, you will:

  • Engage with CFOs, Tax, and IT leaders to understand their indirect tax and e-invoicing needs.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and value-based presentations tailored to customer challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architectures leveraging ONESOURCE and Pagero capabilities.
  • Support RFP/RFI processes with detailed functional and technical responses.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partner teams to develop go-to-market strategies and proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Stay informed about evolving VAT/e-Invoicing regulations across GCC & MENA markets.
  • Provide thought leadership through webinars, events, and customer advisory sessions.

About You

You re a fit for the role of Solution Consultant if your background includes:

  • 6 10 years of experience in Solution Consulting or Pre-Sales for enterprise tax, ERP, or compliance solutions.
  • Strong understanding of VAT/GST, E-Invoicing mandates, and global indirect tax processes.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is strongly preferred.
  • Prior exposure to ONESOURCE, Pagero, or similar tax automation solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex solution cycles across multi-country deals.
  • Arabic speaking skills would be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
