Working as a Spa Manager, you will ensure all team members are trained and maintaining Holiday Inn s brand service style and behavior; you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Spa. You ll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We re seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities.
- Lead and motivate spa therapists and attendants to deliver outstanding service.
- Develop innovative spa treatments, packages, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, inventories, and ensure profitability of the spa.
- Build strong relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

Ideally, you ll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we re looking for:
- Previous leadership experience in spa and wellness management.
- Preferably with IHG brand experience.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, trends, and wellness practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
