الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Sales & Revenue Generation
Execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets.
Identify new customers and develop new market opportunities.
Maintain and grow existing customer accounts.
Generate sales quotations and proposals in coordination with internal teams.
Provide safe, accurate, and compliant lifting solutions.
Customer Relationship Management
Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong relationships.
Understand customer needs, challenges, and propose suitable solutions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely response to inquiries.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Operations Collaboration
Coordinate with Operations team for equipment delivery and collections.
Ensure correct product configuration based on customer requirements.
Monitor delivery performance and follow up on service issues.
Site Inspections & Technical Support
Conduct site surveys and recommend proper lifting solutions.
Maintain updated knowledge on equipment specifications and applications.
Assist customers with technical information when required.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare weekly sales reports and attend review meetings.
Update CRM system daily with activities, leads, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Team Support
Provide guidance and initial mentoring to Junior Sales Engineers.
Support the sales team during negotiations or site inspections when assigned.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Education:
Engineering degree will be advantageous.
Experience:
3–7 years of sales experience in construction equipment rental (crane rental preferred).
Strong customer relationship management experience.
Ability to handle sales targets and rental procedures (UAE & KSA).
Ability to work under pressure & make fast decisions.
Linguistic Skills:
English – excellent written and verbal communication.
Arabic – advantageous.
Driving License:
Valid UAE / KSA Driving License.
Skills:
Strong customer communication and engagement skills.
Negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Sales planning and opportunity identification.
Strong product knowledge and interest in technical development.
Team player with ability to support junior staff.
CRM usage capability (Salesforce or similar).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to conduct site inspections and recommend lifting solutions.
