الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Receive and inspect food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Ensure FIFO, expiry checks, and proper storage standards.
- Conduct regular stock counts and variance reporting.
- Coordinate with kitchen and procurement teams.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Generate bills and issue receipts.
- Maintain daily sales and cash reconciliation reports.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Resolve billing related queries efficiently.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Minimum 1–2 years UAE experience in a restaurant (mandatory)
- Experience in both stockkeeping and cashier roles preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory software
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
