The Strategic Planning and Excellence Specialist aims to support the Head of the Strategic Planning Unit in preparing and implementing strategic and operational plans, and in monitoring and analyzing corporate performance indicators to ensure the achievement of set objectives. The specialist primarily leads, coordinates, and implements strategic planning processes within the organization to ensure that plans and initiatives align with government directives and the national agenda, and achieve the organization's goals, thereby ensuring alignment with government objectives and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational performance.

Main tasks and responsibilities

Contributing to the preparation and review of the entity's strategic and operational plans.

Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and measuring the level of achievement of objectives.

Preparing periodic reports and submitting recommendations to senior management.

Data analysis and support for performance- and results-based decision-making.

Coordination with internal departments to ensure that initiatives are aligned with the overall strategy.

Contributing to the development of strategic initiatives and projects.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare reports and presentations.

Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work within a team.

Job requirements

Nationality: Emirati (with family registration extract).

Gender: Male.

• Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Experience: One to two years in the field of planning, strategy or organizational performance.

• Languages: Proficiency in Arabic and English.
