الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Read and interpret structural drawings, blueprints, and fabrication sketches.
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble steel components as per project requirements.
- Measure, cut, bend, and weld metal materials with high accuracy.
- Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, and tolerances of fabricated items.
- Use fabrication tools such as grinders, cutters, welding machines, and measuring instruments.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
- Coordinate with the supervisor/foreman to meet daily production targets.
- Inspect and verify completed work to ensure quality standards.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a structural fabricator in a steel structure or heavy fabrication industry.
- Strong knowledge of structural drawings and fabrication processes.
- Hands-on experience with welding (ARC/MIG preferred), cutting, and grinding.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of workplace safety standards.
