الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Manage and supervise all credit card sales activities within his branch to ensure targets are achieved.
- Manage and guide Team Leaders, who act as the first point of contact for their teams.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure high productivity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to Team Leaders and sales agents.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth understanding of 2 years UAE banking and credit card marketing.
- Target-driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in credit card sales within UAE banking.
- Strong knowledge of UAE marketing and banking practices.
- Salary: 5000 AED to 10,000 AED (Depend on Experience)
- Work Location: ABU DHABI
