- Identify and monitor public tenders on the various national platforms
- Analyze the specifications and assess the technical and commercial feasibility
- Prepare and compile the submission files (administrative, technical and financial)
- Follow up on offers, reminders and negotiations with public sector clients
- Managing the business relationship with institutional and public stakeholders
- Please ensure compliance with contractual commitments once the contracts have been awarded.
- Collaborating with internal technical, logistics, and legal teams
- Complete mastery of the regulatory framework for public procurement
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of electronic procurement platforms.
- Perfect mastery of office tools
- Rigour, organisation, autonomy and the ability to manage several files in parallel.
- Excellent writing skills and analytical mind
