Job Description We are hiring Skilled Tile Masons for permanent, full-time positions in Dubai. The role involves professional tiling and plaster work, high-quality finishing, and the ability to execute projects with accuracy and speed. This is a long-term position with strong growth opportunities. Responsibilities Install all types of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, mosaic) Perform tile cutting, leveling, grouting, and finishing Execute waterproofing, plastering, and surface preparation Repair cracked or broken tiles when needed Ensure accurate measurements and clean workmanship Follow safety rules and company quality standards Work with site engineers / supervisors to complete projects on time

Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Tile Mason in residential or commercial projects. Strong skills in ceramic, porcelain, marble, granite, and mosaic tile installation. Ability to read and interpret drawings, measurements, and layout plans. Must be experienced in surface preparation, grouting, cutting, leveling, and finishing. Knowledge of waterproofing, subfloor preparation, and using tile-cutting tools. Must deliver high-quality finishing with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and within a team. Physically fit and able to handle labor-intensive tasks. Applicants must be available for full-time, permanent employment in the UAE. Preference given to candidates who can join immediately.
