Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Travel Consultant with minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in air ticketing, UAE visa processing, and organizing tours.

• Handle domestic and international travel bookings (air, hotel, ground transportation, visas, insurance, etc.).
• Manage UAE tourist visa applications and documentation.
• Provide clients with the best fare options, itineraries, and travel-related advice.
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and approval processes.
• Manage changes, cancellations, and reissuances while minimizing costs.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, and vendors to negotiate rates and resolve issues.
• Provide 24/7 support for urgent travel requirements (if applicable).
• Provide high-quality customer service and support to clients.
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and travel partners.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Dubai travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of UAE travel regulations and visa processes.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute changes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
