1. Responsible for user growth in Keeta's operations in [specific country], effectively increasing the monthly active transaction user pool through new user acquisition, reactivation, and improving next-month retention rates.
2. Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and insights into user behavior/scenarios, defining strategic directions.
3. Execute strategies via subsidies, funnel optimization, coupon/SKU design, and marketing campaigns.
4. Collaborate with product, R&D, and algorithm teams to achieve transaction user targets.

1. 5+ years of experience in consumer-facing/growth/marketing product roles. Priority given to candidates who have led large-scale growth projects or systematic planning to achieve core business metrics.
2. Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills; self-driven with the ability to deliver results in complex projects.
3. Solid data analysis fundamentals, business acumen, and user insight capabilities.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively in complex environments and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
