  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and ensuring the proper handling of tools and equipment.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings, and providing clear explanations of identified issues, including photographs and supporting evidence.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles, meticulously checking mechanical, electrical, and structural components to identify defects and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Evaluate vehicle performance through road tests and diagnostic equipment, accurately assessing braking systems, steering, suspension, and engine functionality.
  • Verify vehicle identification numbers (VINs) and vehicle documentation to ensure accuracy and authenticity, preventing fraud and ensuring legal compliance.

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in automotive technology is preferred.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications, demonstrating expertise in automotive inspection and repair.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Exhibits physical stamina and dexterity, capable of working in various conditions and performing hands-on inspections.
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all inspection tasks.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate inspection findings and recommendations.
