Reporting to the CEO and executive leadership team, you will:
- Lead strategic communications initiatives across the organisation and related activities where relevant
- Advise executive leadership on corporate messaging, market positioning, and reputation management
- Develop KPIs to measure communications effectiveness and brand impact
- Shape corporate messaging for investors, media, and stakeholders, and oversee content creation for executive spokespeople
- Build and maintain relationships with regional and international media, analysts, and industry influencers
- Manage high-visibility communications, sensitive situations, and crisis response
- Lead digital communications, including social media, thought leadership, and website content, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Build and mentor a communications team as needed, fostering creativity, alignment, and accountability
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
You ll be a seasoned communications professional with:
- Senior-level experience in fintech, proptech, or technology-driven organisations; startup or scale-up experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record in corporate communications, media relations, and executive advisory roles
- Expertise in strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, digital communications, and crisis management
- A global mindset, comfortable operating across multiple geographies and cultures
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
- A Bachelor s in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field (postgraduate qualifications advantageous)
- Fluency in English; Arabic would be advantageous
