Nexus Blue Project Management is seeking a creative and proactive Videographer & Video Editor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, including shooting, editing, and producing high-quality visual content aligned with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture high-quality videos and photographs for company projects and campaigns.
Edit videos and photos for digital platforms, marketing materials, and social media.
Conceptualize creative ideas, storyboards, and scripts for video content.
Identify and coordinate suitable shooting locations.
Manage the complete production process from pre-production to post-production.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:
Strong proficiency in video editing and post-production tools such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Final Cut Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Lightroom
Good understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and sound setup.
Knowledge of video formats, compression, and social media content optimization.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in videography and editing.
Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.
Proactive approach with the ability to work independently.
Good understanding of film production and content creation processes.
Based in Dubai and available to work on-site.
Must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
Existing network of models, influencers, or content creators.
Experience in social media content production.
If they already own all the required equipment like camera, lenses, etc.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday
12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
