Key Responsibilities

* Greet and welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and a service-focused mindset
* Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams
* Serve meals and drinks quickly while ensuring proper presentation and quality
* Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
* Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
* Support team members to ensure seamless service during busy operations
* Process guest payments accurately and handle cash responsibly
* Promote daily specials and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines at all times
* Assist in setup and breakdown of dining areas for shifts or events
* Participate in trainings and team meetings to improve knowledge and service standards
* Adapt to fast-paced periods while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
