Zoho Developer / Zoho One Executive LM TRADING LLC

LM Trading LLC is an international trading company engaged in FMCG, garments, and export distribution across Africa and the GCC. We are building a fully integrated Zoho One ecosystem to manage our CRM, sales, inventory, finance, analytics, and operations.

We are looking for a Zoho Developer / Zoho One Executive who can support the implementation, customization, and automation of our Zoho systems.

Key Responsibilities

Zoho CRM & Automation

• Customize Zoho CRM modules, fields, and layouts

• Create and manage workflows, blueprints, and automation

• Maintain lead management and sales pipeline systems

• Support CRM users and troubleshoot system issues

  
  

Zoho One Application Management

• Manage Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Projects, and Zoho Analytics

• Configure integrations between Zoho applications

• Support data synchronization and reporting

  
  

Deluge & Integrations

• Develop Deluge scripts for automation

• Implement APIs and webhook integrations

• Connect Zoho with third-party applications

  
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Maintain Zoho Analytics dashboards

• Build operational reports for sales and management teams

• Support KPI and performance tracking dashboards

  
  

System Maintenance

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Ensure data accuracy and system reliability

• Support internal teams using Zoho tools
