We are looking for a Hotel Accommodation Assistant to join our team and support the Hotel Director in operational management and team management.

Your tasks

• Assist the Director in the operation, management and marketing of the hotel.

• Manage the accommodation team and ensure the quality of services

• to be present on the ground, with clients and teams

• Managing schedules, performance monitoring, and customer relations

• Participate in administrative and financial management and ensure compliance with procedures.

• Contributing to the quality, safety and sustainable development approach

• Training in the hotel industry and first experience in hotel accommodation preferred.

• Customer service oriented, leadership and interpersonal skills

• Organization, rigor and autonomy

• Mastery of hotel IT tools

• Fluent French and Arabic, and professional English appreciated.
