A true pillar of the customer experience, you:

• Lead and manage all the teams across the floors and accommodation to ensure compliance with standards and impeccable service quality.

• Ensure the excellence of the rooms and common areas

• Professionally manage customer requests and concerns to offer them a memorable experience.

• Optimize occupancy rates and contribute to the profitability of the establishment in close collaboration with the Revenue Manager

Your experience and skills include:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role in the hotel industry

• Significant experience in team management

• A strong sense of service quality is essential for success in this position.

• My mastery of Opera software or an equivalent PMS

• Ability to create and maintain quality relationships with the various stakeholders in the department.

• Excellent communication skills that facilitate information sharing

• Capacity to unite, develop a strong team culture and encourage performance

• Natural leadership, organizational skills, rigor, and results orientation
