What You ll Do
As a Professional Services Account Executive, your responsibilities will include:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Own the Professional Services sales strategy for assigned accounts, including account planning, opportunity management, and accurate forecasting in the Middle East.

  • Negotiate and close consulting engagements that deliver measurable value through Adobe s digital marketing solutions.

  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities to maintain a strong and balanced sales pipeline.

  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior leadership

  • Ensure sales data is accurate

Developing Client Relationships

  • Build and maintain deep relationships at both executive (C-suite) and operational levels.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and design tailored digital transformation strategies and be a trusted advisor for their Adobe Journey

  • Provide thought leadership and innovation with clients

  • Articulate the business value of Adobe products and services at Executive (C-suite level)

Collaboration & Coordination with Adobe Ecosystem

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams international and local regional teams including Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Delivery Teams, to ensure seamless deal execution.

  • Develop customised, value driven, proposals and lead the contracting process to meet both client and Adobe objectives.

  • Work with Adobe Partners to drive new initiatives and deal execution within the Middle East

  • Identify opportunities for sales optimisation

Driving Customer Success

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects achieve client goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.

  • Build long-term client advocacy by highlighting the project successes to date and uncovering areas for further success to showcase Adobe s ongoing value to their business.

  • Act as the conduit between clients and the wider Adobe ecosystem, ensuring value is created at every stage of the process

What You ll Need to Succeed

Skills & Qualities

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

  • Firm knowledge of Adobe product range and the culture of business within the Middle East

  • A strategic attitude with a methodical approach to sales planning, pipeline management, and closing complex contracts.

  • An understanding of different commercial models including Time and Materials, Fixed Price, Outcome Based

  • Strong growth mindset and the ability to identify and complete areas of sales opportunity within the Middle East

  • Customer centric sales approach with a shown ability to identify and address client needs.

  • Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.

  • Strong presentation and proposal writing skills

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is beneficial

Experience

  • A proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships, particularly at executive levels within the Middle East

  • Experience navigating global procurement processes and driving strategic sales to achieve targets.

  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, or related fields.

  • Experience working within a Consulting Services organisation and an understanding of crafting technology programmes and client outcomes

  • Previous experience in engagement management, project management, or consulting roles is beneficial.
