We're looking for an Account Manager for the Italian market. You'll be the point of contact every step of the way, from contract signing, gathering the necessary documents, scheduling appointments, and answering post-sales questions and feedback, all the way up to the installation of the photovoltaic system.

Role and responsibilities

• Point of contact for customers after the sale , resolving doubts and issues to ensure a smooth transition.
• Telephone/written assistance throughout the entire process, from contract signing to after-sales support.
• Constantly updated on the progress of the process, providing comprehensive answers and maintaining clear and timely communication.
• Collaboration with the departments involved in the installation phases.
