Your responsibilities

• Manage outbound calls to potential customers according to the identified opportunities.

• Communicate a value proposition adapted to the customer segment and their purchasing needs.

• Respond to requests for quotes.

• Use pricing tools (e.g., price configurator) to determine appropriate prices for new sales.

• R Target pricing for underperforming accounts where possible.

• Assist account managers in various requests (e.g., price submission, entry of customer complaints, order follow-up).

• Participate in the preparation and updating of charts of accounts.

• Collect and compile data on competitive activity and results of quotes/proposals.

• Provide administrative support, including: written and electronic correspondence, management of telephone calls and message transmission, internal office support, organization of meetings and travel.

Your profile

• Experience in sales in industrial settings, such as manufacturing, chemicals, lubricants or other heavy industries.

• comfortable with cold calls and follow-up on prospects.

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and French, English being an asset.

• Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• We want to move around Casablanca and its surroundings, focusing on the key areas of the clients.
