We are hiring Junior and Senior Accountants who are responsible for managing accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting business decisions through financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports in compliance with IFRS under the supervision of the Senior Accountant.

• Post and maintain general ledger entries, ensuring transactions are accurately recorded and classified.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparation of journal entries, accruals, and prepayments.

• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in reconciling balance sheet accounts under guidance from senior staff.

• Assist in compiling data and schedules required for Group consolidated financial reporting.

• Use ERP systems for day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

• Assist in preparing data for periodic management reports covering P&L, balance sheet, and key financial metrics.

• Assist in vendor payment processing and ensure invoices are matched and approved prior to payment.

• Reconcile supplier statements and flag discrepancies to the Senior Accountant for resolution.

• Post payroll accounting entries and assist in reconciling payroll records with HR data.

• Support compliance with applicable tax regulations in the jurisdiction of posting (UAE VAT & Corporate Tax or KSA Zakat & VAT, as applicable) under the guidance of the Senior Accountant.

• Assist in preparing data and schedules required for tax return filings.

• Maintain proper tax records, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

• Assist in cost accounting tasks across manufacturing entities as directed.

• Support analysis of cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation under supervision.

• Assist in preparing departmental budget templates and consolidating data during the annual budgeting process
