The accountant's role is to ensure the recording (in value) of the characteristic flows of the company's activity (financing and operations) and participates in the production of summary documents reflecting the activity of a period (income statement) and the company's financial position (balance sheet) according to a regulatory framework.

YOUR MISSIONS:

Accounting G n rale :

  • Processing payroll elements (integrating payroll records into the accounting system)
  • Process accounting documents (recording entries) in accordance with regulations.
  • Codify accounting documents to facilitate access in case of analysis, claims, or audits.
  • Organize accounting documents
  • Create accounting journals and accounts subject to validation by your manager.
  • Track accounting records
  • Perform a preliminary check of the purchasing files
  • To provide accounting information for budget preparation
  • Participate in the missions of the CAC (provide the requested documents)
  • Perform a preliminary analysis of the accounting records
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements
  • Process the required corrections following the accounting report and recommendation of the accounting manager.
  • Prepare the provisions file
  • Edit and submit financial statements (balance sheets, general ledgers, reports)
  • contributes to the improvement of administrative and accounting procedures

Cost accounting:

  • Perform an initial reliability check on the analytical reports.
  • Participate in the analysis and commentary on the accounts
  • Prepare the appendices relating to the annual balance sheet

Tax process:

  • Prepare tax returns (VAT, corporate income tax, etc.)
  • Follow the reconciliation of VAT and income tax accounts and social security accounts

Formation :

Holder of a Master's degree in Finance/Accounting

Experience required:

3 years of experience in accounting
