  • Accounting Assistant in charge of Billing

  • Prepare the invoice in accordance with the internal process and collaborate with the sales department
  • Verify that the data strictly complies with legal requirements, and have the invoice validated by the sales force.
  • To ensure the client receives their order and that it is properly received, and to follow up on the debt.
  • Monitor payment deadlines, track and record receipts

  • Diploma in one of the following fields: accounting / finance / management
  • My proficiency in Excel and invoicing/ERP software
  • Rigour and attention to detail
  • Organization and time management
  • Good relationship with clients and internal teams
