CIS Group ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated Accounting Team Leader to join our dynamic team.

You will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals, develop key skills, and grow within our organization.


Main Tasks:


Supervise, coach, and develop the team members.

Ensure compliance with company policies, local/state regulations, and international accounting standards.

Compile, analyze, and validate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow).

Reconcile banks, clients and suppliers statements

Oversee internal audits, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.

Compute and validate taxes, ensuring timely compliance.

Collaborate with external auditors for year-end closing and financial statements submission.

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper archiving of documents


Requirements:


Bachelor s degree in finance or accounting. MBA or professional certifications are a plus (CPA, CA..).

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance including team management

Languages: Arabic, English, French

Experience in international context, multi-sites company

Strong experience in international and multi-site company environments.

Proficiency with accounting/ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
