a. Ensure timely and accurate accounting of the assigned legal entities and prepare financial statements and cash flow reports in accordance with international accounting standards, IFRS, and tax compliance.

b. Prepare and present financial reports for business units and divisions in the formats and annexures directed by management, including comparative analysis and professional highlights on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

c. Verify and confirm all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, bank and cash transactions, collections, deposits, receivables, payroll, and stock variances, to validate proper accounting codes and approvals.

d. Monitor shop-wise performance and evaluate feasibility by comparing actuals with targets and approved budgets.

e. Reconcile intercompany balances and ensure timely monthly confirmations.

f. Facilitate Odoo POS users with the required system support and provide user-friendly MIS reports, including:

• Inventory control

• Debtors ageing

• Shop-wise profitability

• Budget vs. actual sales

• Budget vs. actual overheads

g. Ensure that credit card terminals at retail outlets are operational and properly supported in a user-friendly manner.

h. Ensure that bank statements are received and confirmations are available periodically.

i. Review and compare sales budgets vs. actuals and provide recommendations to the Sales Head.
