Accounts Manager Luxridge Building Contracting LLC

1. Review and approve purchase bills and sub contract bills

2. Review and approve suppliers and subcontractors payments

3. Maintain Project wise- subcontract masters

4. Should have understanding of project budget and BOQ.

5. Ensuring that the costs are properly allocated to budgets and BOQ

6. Maintain proper tracking and record of advances paid Vendors

7. Recognize revenue as per progress, and raise client bills

8. Review of VAT submission, and verify that the return is accurate and reconciliations are done

9. Fund overview- ensure the fund status, and keep track of major upcoming payments and receipts.

10. Should be expert in Microsoft excel

11. Have clear understanding of CT provisions.

12. Preparation of Final accounts with Schedules.
