Affiliate Marketing Manager - Dubai SUN DIGITAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES L.L.C

Mr Key Shop is looking for a Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our business through affiliate channels. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new partners, negotiating strategic deals, and optimizing affiliate performance to drive sustainable growth. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the affiliate marketing landscape. The core business is developing a software license sales network (and, to a lesser extent, gaming); this requires the ability to navigate a highly competitive market in terms of price, such as that of digital licenses, implementing volume-based strategies and revenue-sharing models to maintain margins. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate partnerships across multiple e-commerce brands. Manage relationships with existing affiliates and recruit new high-performing partners. Negotiate commission structures, promotional campaigns, and exclusive deals. Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance using key KPIs (ROI, CR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term growth strategies. Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall brand goals. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, tracking policies, and budget allocation. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate platforms.
