Key Responsibilities
- Handle and control agency middle office support activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping for all loan agency events
- Monitor borrowing status, prepare new borrowings, rollovers, rate settings, conversions, repayments, and prepayments
- Act as the primary coordinator for clients, lenders, and business partners for agency and arranger facilities
- Support preparation of reports, audit confirmations, and other related documentation
- Liaise with Loan Agency business units, external customers, agency back office, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of all operational and administrative tasks
- Maintain operational accuracy and compliance with established guidelines
- Support issue resolution and foster effective communication between all involved parties

Experience in syndicated loans, loan operations, or agency support functions
Strong understanding of loan lifecycle events such as rollovers, rate settings, and repayments
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
Ability to coordinate across departments and manage time-sensitive tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to support internal and external clients
Knowledge of banking operations and documentation processes
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
