Agile Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure clear prioritization, scope alignment, and timely delivery of project milestones.
• Track project progress and remove impediments to maintain momentum.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as the primary bridge between business owners, operations, technology teams, and vendors.
• Provide clear, concise, and regular project updates to all stakeholders.
• Manage expectations on timelines, scope changes, risks, and resource needs.
• Ensure all teams understand requirements, timelines, and responsibilities.

Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Implement Agile best practices and coach teams on Agile principles.
• Drive efficiency improvements, workflow optimization, and process standardization across projects.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation or contingency plans proactively.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate sprint documentation, roadmaps, project charters, and requirement specifications.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Ensure all project documentation is aligned with internal quality and compliance standards.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Align project deliverables with operational and business priorities.
• Coordinate with internal teams including HR, IT, Operations, Finance, and external vendors.
• Support resource planning, workload distribution, and project forecasting
